Chain repair

On Saturday 7/14/ 2018 I was at the classic bike show @Buds. My 1968 BSA broke the connecting link on the chain. Charles immediately took my bike into the shop and he and Dennis took the rear wheel and chain off . I found a connecting link from another source in Eville and they put it on. Didnt charge me a dime and were very friendly and gracious. I also have a 2010 Harley ultra limited. These two guys went above and beyond. Buds is a class act which I will not forget. Kudos to Buds!

New Heritage Classic Purchase

I went to the dealership at 2:00 PM on Saturday afternoon to take an unscheduled test drive on a new Heritage Classic with an M8 engine. After the ride, I decided to purchase. Shaun, the sales person, was attentive to my questions and needs. The transaction was worked out to my satisfaction by 4:00 PM. The purchase was surprisingly quick and easy. I am very pleased with the dealership and my purchase.

Bud's did a 50,000 mile service on my 2008 Ultra Classic. The tank unintentionally got dinged. There were several attempts to touch the tank up, but were unsuccessful. The shop manager kept me informed throughout the entire process. I opted, since this was riding season, for Bud's to have the tank fixed and painted in the winter. The entire incident was unfortunate for both me and the shop, but accidents happen. Everyone involved handled the situation very courteously and professionally.
